Been dancing since: 3 years old.

 

Dance Experience: I have trained in Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Commercial/Hip Hop, Latin and Line-dance – which I placed 3rd at the World Dance Masters!

 

Favourite style of dance: Commercial

 

What advice would you give to aspiring dancers? Never give up on your dreams, if you don’t believe in yourself, no-one will :)

 

Best advice ever given to me: Everything happens for a reason, it may not be clear at the time but eventually everything ends up how its supposed to be.

 

What is your earliest childhood memory? On holiday with my family, dancing at the mini discos

 

What I do to keep fit: Im a fitness instructor so take classes throughout the week, i also try to attend the gym for myself 3 days or more if possible! I love to work out! Dancing with the rockettes keeps me fit too! :)

How would friends sum you up in one sentence? Always up for a laugh but a bad influence haha!

 

I'm happiest when: Spending time with my fam and friends, travelling, dancing, going to the gym, when my house is tidy haha

If I had a different job I'd be: A pilot! what a beautiful office..

If you could have a walk on part in any TV show, what would it be? FRIENDS! best show ever made.

 

What is your feel good DVD that is guaranteed to cheer you up? Friends! i practially live my life reciting friends quotes and comparing moments to the show haha

 

What would be your ideal weekend? Nice chilled weekend by the beach, tanning, pool, little workout then some good food at night

Favourite quote: Athletes: Don’t take the sport you play for granted. Everytime you play, you better be damn thankful that you get to do something you love. Don’t show up to practise complaining about not wanting to be there; you’re there hopefully because you love it. Work hard every moment, if you’re not working hard, you don’t deserve to play. Play every practise or game likes its your last because it very well could be. When you finally reach the day that you cant play, and you can only watch, then you will know how much you love something that you once took for granted.

If you could time travel to the past and the future; where would you visit and why? I would travel into the past and spend time with my loved ones that are no longer here, you never know when the last time you will see someone is. I would then travel to the future to see my life in 10 years and hopefully to see what I have achieved.

 

If you could have a super-power for a day what would it be and how would you spend your day? I would want Sabrina the Teenage Witch powers! Just a point of the finger and she is ready, appears anywhere, helps people and pauses time. That would be awesome?! Timekeeping isn't my strong point, woops…

What is the best gift you have ever received? The best gift I have ever received is seeing how much everyone cares and makes an effort for you on special occasions. Truly overwhelming.

What is the best thing about being a Rockettes Dancer?  Ive met the most amazing friends, and had the best experiences with them!! I first auditioned for the squad in 2010, and it was the best decision i made. Ive been lucky enough to travel to Europe, Africa and Asia performing! Aswell as all the fun gigs we do back here in Scotland. I had a 3year gap to go travelling, and the girls were so supportive, kept in touch and welcomed me back with open arms. Its so much more than just a squad. Ill always be a Rockette and be so grateful for everything ive gained from being part of the squad.
